Napamaytanidol Chedi

เป็นพระธาตุที่ทางกองทัพอากาศร่วมกับพสกนิกรชาวไทยทั่วประเทศ ร่วมใจสร้างถวายแด่องค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวที่ทรงเจริญพระชนมายุครบ 60 พรรษา  เป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระบรมสารีริกธาตุและพระพุทธรูปบูชา

Continuing north on the main summit road, turn left at km. 41.8 over a bridge on a paved road which leads to a magnificent chedi to honour the 60th birthday of King Bhumipol and Queen Sirikit.

Ang Ka Nature Trail,เส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติอ่างกา

เส้น ทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติ เป็นวงรอบระยะทาง 3 กิโลเมตร แบ่งออกได้เป็น 4 ระยะ ช่วงแรกเป็นป่าดิบชื้นมีมอส และเฟิร์นขึ้นอยู่และช่วงที่ 2 เป็นทุ่งหญ้าขนาดใหญ่ที่คอยเปลี่ยนสีจากสีเขียวขจึในช่วงฤดูฝนสลับกับสี น้ำตาลอ่อนอย่างพรั่งพร้อมในช่วงฤดูแล้ง เห็นไอหมอกเมฆไหลมาอยู่เบื้องหน้าซึ่งคาดไม่ถึงเลยว่าจะอยู่หลังม่านอันหนา ทึระหว่างทางช่วงที่ 3 จะพบกับต้นกุหลาบพันปีแดงขึ้นอยู่ตามหน้าผาเป็นดงกว้างจำนวนมากและมีขนาด ใหญ่ จะบานในช่วงเดือนมกราคม -มีนาคม พันธุ์ไม้ชนิดนี้ถือเป็นลักษณะเด่นของเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติกิ่วแม่ปานแห่ง นี้ แล้วจึงวกกลับเข้าสู่ป่าดิบเขาอีกครั้งหนึ่ง เป็นการเดินช่วงที่4 จะต้องเดินลงสู่ลำห้วยแม่ปาน ที่ไหลมาจากบริเวณที่ข้ามมาในช่วงแรก

Kaew Mae Pan Nature Trail one of the most beautiful and rewarding walks in the park is a new trail, which begins a short distance up the main summit road from Napamaytanidol. The path leads for a kilometer or more through dense, moist evergreen forest, then emerges and follows the top of a steep slope bordering the canyoned headwaters of the Mae Pan river. Dotted with red rhododendron, the trail proceeds southward for another kilometer with fine, open views to the west, then re-enters the forest and eventually terminates at Napamaytanidol Chedi. 

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep , วัดพระธาตุดอยสุเทพ

วัดพระธาตุดอยสุเทพ หรือ   วัดดอยสุเทพ  เป็นวัดที่สำคัญแห่งหนึ่งของเชียงใหม่ มีฐานะเป็นพระอารามหลวงชั้นราชวรวิหาร ตั้งอยู่บนดอยสุเทพ อยู่ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติดอยสุเทพ - ปุย   เดินทางตามถนนห้วยแก้ว ผ่านอนุสาวรีย์ครูบาศรีวิชัย ไปตามทางคดเคี้ยวขึ้นเขา ระหว่างทางจะมองเห็นตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่อยู่เบื้องล่าง ระยะทางจากเชิงดอยถึงวัดประมาณ 11 กิโลเมตร วัดพระธาตุดอยสุเทพนี้เป็นปูชนียสถานคู่เมืองเชียงใหม่นับตั้งแต่โบราณกาล นักท่องเที่ยวซึ่งเดินทางมาที่จังหวัดนี้จะต้องขึ้นไปนมัสการพระบรมธาตุกันทุกคน ถ้าหากใครไม่ได้ขึ้นไปนมัสการแล้ว ถือเสมือนว่ายังมาไม่ถึงเชียงใหม่

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is the most important and visible landmark, and overlooks the city from its forested mountain backdrop. This temple is 15 kilometres from town , 3,520 feet above sea level, and dates from 1383. The temple is approached on foot by climbing a steep Naga staircase comprising 290 steps. The less energetic may ascend by railcars. The temple’s pagoda contains holy Buddha relics, and attracts Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world throughout the year. The temple compound offers an exhilarating view of Chiang Mai city and surrounding countryside
