น้ำตกสิริธารมีชื่อเดิมว่าน้ำตกป่าคา ซึ่งเป็นน้ำตกที่ไหลมาจากลำน้ำแม่กลาง บริเวณเทือกเขาดอยอินทนนท์ เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2545 สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์พระบรมราชินีนาถ ทรงพระราชทานนามน้ำตกว่า น้ำตกสิริธาร น้ำตกนี้อยู่ประมาณกิโลเมตรที่ 22 เป็นน้ำตกที่ไหลลงมาจากผาหินขนาดใหญ่มีความสูงของน้ำตกประมาณ 50 เมตรสวยงามมาก และมีปริมาณน้ำมากและไหลแรงตลอดทั้งปี
